据水利部官网消息，水利部日前新修订了《长江河道采砂管理条例实施办法》。其中明确了不符合长江采砂规划可采区及可采期要求、不符合年度采砂控制总量、不符合采砂设备功率要求、不符合采砂船只数量要求、采砂船舶及船员不符合要求、采砂设备及人员不符合要求、有采砂失信行为或不良记录尚未修复等7种不予批准采砂的情形。
