12月16日，居民正在淄博市淄川区寨里镇东苑社区书苑阅读报刊图书。东苑社区先后建成了黑旺铁矿艰苦创业纪念馆、诗词长廊、书苑、文苑、悦苑等文化阵地，成立了润心文化志愿服务队、东苑诗社等文化组织，每年订阅十几种报刊杂志，常年免费向居民开放。并经常组织书法、摄影、诗歌等培训，成为远近闻名的学习型社区。 闫盛霆 摄
