12月24日，华海清科股份有限公司（华海清科，688120.SH）公告，公司和/或公司全资子公司华海清科（上海）半导体有限公司（以下简称“华海清科上海”）拟合计使用自有资金不超过10.05亿元，收购公司参股子公司芯嵛半导体（上海）有限公司（以下简称“芯嵛公司”）剩余82%的股权，本次交易完成后，芯嵛公司将成为公司全资子公司。
