财联社12月24日电，华海清科公告，公司和/或全资子公司华海清科上海拟使用自有资金不超过10.045亿元，收购参股子公司芯嵛公司剩余82%的股权，本次交易完成后，芯嵛公司将成为公司全资子公司。
