格隆汇12月23日丨中国前沿(01661.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，联交所上市委员会将批准合并股份于明日上市及买卖。由于有关股份合并的所有先决条件已获达成，股份合并将于2024年12月27日(星期五)生效。合并股份将自2024年12月27日(星期五)上午九时正起于联交所开始买卖。
