施乐12月23日发布声明称，同意收购激光打印机制造商利盟国际，交易价值15亿美元。这笔交易包括施乐将承接的债务。
施乐表示，将把年度股息从每股1美元降至50美分，以帮助收购提供资金。预计该交易将于明年下半年完成，需获得监管机构的批准。
