证券时报e公司讯，广晟有色(600259)12月23日晚间公告，公司全资子公司富远公司拟对全资子公司大埔公司进行吸收合并。本次吸收合并完成后，大埔公司的独立法人资格将被注销，其全部资产、债权、债务、员工及其他一切权力与义务将由富远公司继承。
