中国能建12月23日公告，所属子公司华东电力设计院有限公司和江苏省电力建设第一工程有限公司组成联合体，中标江苏常熟发电有限公司3×660MW超超临界燃煤发电机组替代扩建项目EPC总承包标段，中标金额约为69.29亿元，项目总工期约为48个月。目前相关方尚未正式签署合同，上述项目仍存在不确定性。
