汇丰欧洲大陆（HSBC Continental Europe）当地时间12月20日宣布，汇丰欧洲大陆已就可能向法国保险公司Matmut出售其法国人寿保险子公司HSBC Assurances Vie (France)签订谅解备忘录。根据潜在交易的财务条款，Matmut将以9.25亿欧元的现金代价收购HSBC Assurances Vie (France)。据估计，这将为汇丰欧洲大陆带来约1亿欧元的税前亏损。
