金融界12月20日消息，华润三九公告称，董事会 2024 年第十一次会议审议通过转让昆明华润圣火药业有限公司 51%股权的议案，同意向昆药集团转让该股权。2024 年 11 月 21 日，公司与昆药集团签署股权转让协议。2024 年 12 月 20 日，华润圣火股权转让的相关工商变更登记手续办理完成。
