全球创新，浦软引擎！2024巴西跨境加速营开营仪式成功举办

12月17日，由巴西驻上海总领事馆和上海市科技创业中心联合主办，巴西出口投资促进局、巴西外交部、创业首站社群支持，浦软孵化器承办的第五届巴西跨境加速营开营仪式在上海浦东软件园拉开帷幕。

On December 17, 2024, the kick-off Session of the 5th Brazil Acceleration Camp, co-sponsored by the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai and Shanghai Technology Innovation center (STIC), and supported by ApexBrasil Program Innovaton, Ministrio das Relações Exteriores, organized by Shanghai Pudong Software Park Incubator (SPSP Incubator) was successfully held in Shanghai Pudong Software Park.

此次活动邀请了上海市科技创业中心、巴西驻上海总领事馆、巴西出口投资促进局、浦软孵化器等单位的嘉宾出席，来自人工智能领域的3家巴西科创企业负责人及项目导师等共同见证项目的启动。

We are honored to have the participation from the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai, STIC, ApexBrasil, SPSP Incubator. Three Brazilian tech companies and project mentors witnessed together the launch of the program.

2019年以来，巴西跨境加速营作为“巴西外交创新计划”的一部分，旨在帮助巴西创新企业走出国门，进行国际化探索。

Since 2019, The Brazil Acceleration Camp has been part of the Innovation Diplomacy Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, with the aim of helping innovation sectors in Brazil to go abroad and internationalize.

开营仪式现场，巴西驻上海总领事馆副总领事Pedro Peixoto，上海市科技创业中心主任黄丽宏，巴西出口投资促进局亚太办公室总经理Victor Queiroz，浦软孵化器总经理郭斌发表致辞。

Opening Remarks were delivered by Mr. Pedro Peixoto, Deputy Consul-Consulate General of Brazil Shanghai, Ms. Celina Huang, General Director of STIC, Mr. Victor Queiroz, Apex Brasil Asian Office General Manager and Mr. Bin Guo, the general manager of SPSP incubator.

巴西驻上海总领事馆副总领事Pedro Peixoto首先对活动共同主办方们表示了感谢，他表示2024年是巴西和中国建交50周年，巴西跨境加速营项目是两国的具体合作展现。Peixoto先生希望第五届巴西加速营可以共促创新，在人工智能领域建立中巴两国更持久的伙伴关系，共同为人工智能技术的发展而努力。

Mr. Pedro Peixoto, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai, expressed his gratitude to all the partners of the camp. As 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Brazil and China, Mr. Peixoto mentioned that the Brazil Acceleration Camp is a practical continuation of the two countries' commitment to cooperation. He hopes that this event can promote innovation, establish lasting partnerships, and work towards the future of technology, to make the relationship between Brazil and China closer especially in artificial intelligence field.

上海市科技创业中心主任黄丽宏指出，这是中心连续第五年与巴西驻上海总领事馆共同举办巴西跨境加速营；她相信通过浦软孵化器及其强大的AI生态伙伴，能够为巴西初创企业提供符合需求导向、定制化的服务。并期待3家入营的巴西科创企业均能获得高效且富有成效的商业化加速之旅，为其进入中国市场及在本国市场深耕提供助益。

Ms. Celina Huang, General Director of STIC, extended warm greetings to the guests and partners both online and offline. She stated that this is the fifth year which STIC has co-sponsored this program with the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai. She believes that SPSP Incubator which is a leading Shanghai incubator with strong AI partners, could provide tailored, demand-oriented acceleration services for Brazilian startups. Ms. Huang hopes that the startups will gain a productive and efficient acceleration journey, their outputs will be directed towards either market fit for China or improved solution sourcing for local market.

巴西出口投资促进局亚太办公室总经理Victor Oliveira de Querizo介绍了APEX-Brasil的基本情况，从巴西本土的政策、市场情况等方面表达了APEX-Brasil支持巴西初创企业国际化，促进与中国等国家的合作的未来愿景，期待与中国市场的进一步合作，并鼓励参与者充分把握好这次机会。

Mr.Victor Querizo, Apex Brasil Asian Office General Manager, introduced the background of APEX-Brasil, and expressed APEX-Brasil's future vision of supporting the internationalization of Brazilian startups and promoting cooperation with China and other countries, in terms of Brazilian local policies, market conditions, and so on. ApexBrasil looks forward to further cooperation with the Chinese market and encourages participants to grasp this opportunity fully.

As the organizer of the 5th Brazil Acceleration Camp, Mr Bin Guo, the general manager of SPSP Incubator believe in that SPSP Incubator team will provide professional services to three Brazilian startups, connecting them with a team of professional mentors in vertical fields, opening a gateway for the Brazilian startups and Chinese companies.

活动上，巴西人工智能领域的3家初创企业NeuronData、Mydatagent、Dorak进行了项目介绍；跬智科技、晨晖创投、亚马逊云科技的3位特邀导师也分别做相关介绍，并为巴西入营项目提供指导建议。

During the event, three Brazilian startups, NeuronData, Mydatagent, and Dorak presented their company and product. Three chief mentors from Kyligence, Chenhui Venture Partners and AWS，introduced themselves and shared valuable advice to Brazilian startups.

未来，上海浦东软件园将充分发挥产业优势，持续推动中巴两国科技企业之间的深入合作，培育更多具备国际视野的科技项目，进而促进创新资源在全球范围内自由流动。

In the future, SPSP will promote in-depth cooperation between Chinese and Brazilian tech companies with leveraging rich local resources. We will cultivate more tech startups with an international perspective, and thereby facilitate the free flow of innovative resources globally.
