格隆汇12月18日丨泰禾智能(603656.SH)公布，为提高公司资产的使用效率，公司拟与明瑞精密签订《厂房租赁合同》，将公司部分厂房租赁于明瑞精密使用，期限为一年，自2025年1月1日起至2025年12月31日止（包括首尾两日），年租金与物业费合计1,541,218.56元。
此外，公司于2024年8月与派联智能签订《厂房租赁合同》，将公司部分厂房租赁于派联智能使用，租赁期限为一年，自2024年9月1日起至2025年8月31日止（包括首尾两日），年租金655,375.68元；于2024年9月与科大智能签订《厂房租赁合同》，将公司部分厂房租赁于科大智能使用，租赁期限为一年，自2024年10月7日起至2025年10月6日止（包括首尾两日），年租金与物业费合计336,687.62元。
