近日，抖音创始人张一鸣创立的私募机构获得香港9号牌照。
香港证监会网站显示，“Cool River Venture HK Limited”于2024年11月21日获得香港证监会颁发的9号牌——资产管理牌照，可在香港开展资产管理业务。
香港特别行政区政府公司注册处官网显示，Cool River Venture HK Limited注册成立于2023年5月22日。有报道称，Cool River Venture是一家私人股份有限公司，张一鸣是唯一董事，唯一股东为Galaxy LLC，股东注册地位于开曼群岛。（上证报）
