据中证金牛座，12月18日消息，抖音创始人张一鸣创立的Cool River Venture HK Limited于11月获得香港证监会颁发的9号牌照，即资产管理牌照，牌照生效日期为11月21日。获得该牌照后，公司可在香港开展资管服务业务。有报道称，Cool River Venture是一家私人股份有限公司，张一鸣是唯一董事，唯一股东为Galaxy LLC，股东注册地位于开曼群岛。
