九洲集团12月17日公告，公司持有100%股权的大庆风电项目进入补贴目录，包括大庆大岗风电项目和大庆平桥风电项目，并网规模均为48MW，上网电价为0.61元/千瓦时（含税）。截至2024年11月30日，大庆风电项目可再生能源补贴欠款余额约为3.1亿元。
