12月16日，太原轨道交通集团有限公司发布通知，即日起太原地铁运营服务热线升级为0351-96369。
通知介绍，为进一步提升太原地铁运营服务水平，向乘客提供更为便捷、高效的热线咨询服务，太原轨道交通集团对太原地铁运营服务热线进行了升级。
从12月16日起，0351-96369上线试运行。原服务热线号码0351-7527899、0351-7527999将于2025年1月16日停用，市民如有对轨道交通方面的意见、建议，在该号码停用前仍可正常拨打。（司 勇）
