12月10日消息，据悉，日本生命保险计划斥资近82亿美元收购人寿保险公司Resolution Life。
据报道，日本生命保险将从黑石等股东手中收购股份，在明年下半年左右使Resolution Life成为全资子公司。
日本生命保险发言人证实，公司正与Resolution Life洽谈收购事宜，但拒绝进一步置评。
