观点网讯：12月10日，全球领先的基金管理公司Vanguard宣布将成立一个新的咨询和财富管理部门，由资深行业专家Joanna Rotenberg领导。
Vanguard首席执行官Salim Ramji和总裁Greg Davis通过电子邮件向2万名员工宣布了这一重组计划，这是该公司10多年来规模最大的一次调整。Rotenberg将于明年1月加入Vanguard，担任董事总经理并领导新部门，同时成为高级领导团队的一员。她此前在富达担任个人投资总裁。
