观点网讯：12月9日，吉利汽车控股有限公司宣布完成赎回价值5亿美元的优先永续资本证券，并已向新加坡证券交易所申请撤销该证券的上市。
此次赎回涉及的证券总额为5亿美元，赎回价格与赎回金额相同，均为5亿美元。
吉利汽车已向新加坡证券交易所提交撤销上市的申请，预计撤销上市将在12月12日营业时间结束时生效。
