新京报贝壳财经讯 12月9日，诺力股份发布公告称，公司拟筹划分拆控股子公司无锡中鼎集成技术有限公司至香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，并在制定分拆上市方案后将相关上市方案及与上市有关的其他事项分别提交公司董事会、股东大会审议。
