某华社又又又发雄文，这次讲的是债。里面最有用的一句话我用红线划出来了：
中央财政还有比较大的举债空间和赤字提升空间。
这个之前财政部蓝部长说过，这次重提用意很明显，为明年真的提高赤字率做舆论铺垫。
个人预测2025年中央赤字率将≥4%。
