格隆汇12月5日｜英国竞争与市场管理局5日宣布，若沃达丰与长江和记实业英国子公司Three签署有约束力承诺，投资数十亿美元在全英推出合并后的5G网络，两家公司的合并就应被允许。CMA认为，此次合并可能会促进英国移动行业的竞争。
