第四次全国文物普查工作开展以来，河北省秦皇岛市抚宁区普查队在坟坨镇又发现了一处精美石刻造像，经初步分析为辽金时期摩崖石刻造像。由于该石刻为浮雕造像形式，在抚宁地区属于首次发现，弥补了抚宁区摩崖石刻的空白，对研究辽金时代历史与当地精神文化提供了参考价值。
