品玩12月4日讯，据 AppleInsider 报道，苹果公司在周二举行的AWS Reinvent年度会议上证实，它正在考虑使用亚马逊的定制人工智能芯片。
苹果公司机器学习和人工智能高级主管Benoit Dupin上台讲述了苹果公司使用亚马逊云服务的情况，包括它是如何做到这一点的。苹果使用 AWS 已经有十多年了，包括 Siri、苹果地图和苹果音乐。苹果还在评估使用亚马逊最新的 AI 芯片来预训练其 Apple Intelligence 模型。
Dupin证实，亚马逊的 Trainium 和 Graviton 芯片也被苹果用于处理消费者的搜索查询。到目前为止，这对苹果公司来说是有益的，因为使用这些芯片后，搜索效率提高了 40%。
