观点网讯：12月3日，中国电信发布“昆仑”云网能力开放平台，把云网连接、算网调度、云网数据、云网运营能力实现产品化，以API、SDK、SAAS等形式开放。
该平台面向全球开发者，支持国际漫游。目前已有6000家活跃开发者，可应用于公共服务、低空经济、工业互联网、车联网等场景。
