当地时间12月2日，巴西国家石油公司（Petrobras）在一份证券文件中表示，该公司尚未就其所持巴西石化生产商Braskem公司股份的潜在交易做出决定，并将继续研究替代方案。巴西国家石油公司还表示，该公司没有参与Braskem主要股东Novonor和金融机构所谓的新谈判模式。
