中国电建消息，当地时间11月29日，中国电建与马尼拉电力公司在菲律宾首都马尼拉正式签订菲律宾特拉1050兆瓦光伏项目合同。特拉光伏项目是东南亚最大的光伏项目，位于新怡诗省，总装机容量为3.5吉瓦光伏以及4.5吉瓦时储能，计划分两期建设。中国电建本次签约的一期东区1050兆瓦光伏厂区EPC合同，工作范围包括光伏厂区的设计、采购、安装和调试等工作。
