2024年11月28日，北京市公安交管部门发布公告，公布了一批固定式交通技术监控设备。此次，北京680处道路新增了2447个电子警察，重点监测禁限类、违反标志标线类、货车右转必停、闯红灯、不礼让斑马线、驾车不系安全带、驾车接打电话等违法行为。
