证券时报e公司讯，11月30日，中指研究院发布报告称，2024年1—11月，TOP100房企销售总额为38516亿元，同比下降32.9%，降幅较上月缩窄1.8个百分点。11月单月，TOP100房企销售额同比减少9.46%，环比减少18.62%。当前需求端政策已较为宽松，居民购房首付比例及贷款利率已达历史最低，限购政策也处于自实施以来最宽松阶段。随着年末房企冲刺销售业绩，加大推盘力度，预计12月楼市将保持一定活跃度。
