格隆汇11月29日丨时腾科技(08113.HK)发布公告，自2024年11月29日起，公司的执行董事陈家豪获委任为公司的财务总监、公司秘书及授权代表，而唐思聪辞任公司的财务总监、公司秘书及授权代表。
由于创业板上市规则的修订自2024年1月1日起生效，公司不再需要根据创业板上市规则委任合规主任。因此，董事会已决议取消合规主任职位，自2024年11月30日起生效。
