观点网讯：11月28日，东方电气新能源有限公司在青海正式成立，注册资本达1.25亿元人民币。
该公司由东方电气旗下东方电气风电股份有限公司、格尔木昆鹏能源开发建设有限公司以及青海格尔木工业园开发建设有限公司共同投资设立，持股比例分别为68%、24%和8%。
