格隆汇11月26日丨一心堂(002727.SZ)公布，上海一心堂是公司的控股子公司，为促进上海一心堂业务发展，提升公司盈利能力和综合竞争力，因此，公司拟以自有资金人民币2,000万元对上海一心堂进行增资。本次增资完成后，上海一心堂的注册资本由1,613万元增至3,613万元。
