11月26日，抚顺特钢发布公告称，已完成1003余万股回购，回购资金总额为7000余万元。在公告中，抚顺特钢称，本次回购股份使用的资金为公司自有资金及中信银行抚顺分行回购专项借款。由此，抚顺特钢成为首家使用自有资金和商业银行回购专项借款完成回购的上市公司。
