财联社11月25日电，北约军事委员会主席罗布·鲍尔当地时间11月25日表示，实施北约新防御计划需要北约盟国的国防开支更接近其国内生产总值（GDP）的3%，而不是2%。十年前，北约将国防开支目标定为GDP的2%，现在北约32个成员国中预计有三分之二以上今年将达到或超过这一门槛。而2014年只有三个成员国达到这个目标。 (央视新闻)
