11月21日，邛崃市教育局对学校周边安全隐患进行摸排。发现泉水小学，校门外环境存在安全风险，泉水小学大门外侧电线杆毁坏严重，倾倒极易造成人员伤害。市教育局发现问题后，已联合羊安街道和电信部门立即进行整改。
