当地时间11月22日下午，《联合国气候变化框架公约》（下称《公约》）官网公布了新气候融资集体量化目标（NCQG）的第二版案文。第二版案文首次公布了新一轮气候资金的具体数额。谈判将基于新版案文继续进行。
案文第8条显示，在2035年之前，发达国家应领衔（take the lead）向发展中国家提供每年2500亿美元的气候资金，用于支持应对气候变化的行动。（央视新闻）
