观点网讯：11月21日，上海证券交易所信息披露显示，中信建投-保利发展商用物业2024年第1期绿色资产支持专项计划（碳中和）项目状态更新为“已受理”。
据观点新媒体了解，债券发行人为保利（北京）房地产开发有限公司，拟发行总额为人民币16.37亿元，债券品种为资产支持证券(ABS)，承销商为中信建投证券。
目前，该债券项目已获上交所受理。
