11月20日晚，山东临沂蒙阴县公安局通报一起民警被砍伤事件：11月19日，蒙阴县公安局蒙城派出所接市民到所求助，称其亲属殷某才（男，53岁，有精神病史）不配合就医治疗，请求协助将其送医。值班民警跟随求助人到达殷某才住处，在处置过程中，殷某才突然持菜刀挥砍，致2名民警受伤（伤势较轻）。
