最近，有部分中国电信手机用户收到短信提示，称自2024年12月1日起，手机卡可能将无法开通国际/港澳台漫游功能，需要用户尽快更换SIM卡。这是真的吗？记者求证后确认，通知主要针对2020年4月前的老用户，更换SIM卡是为了应对境外服务商改变服务模式。
