瑞财经 AI 11月18日消息，兖矿能源（01171.HK）公布，2024年11月18日，其全资附属公司兖矿物流已与鲁西矿业及淄矿铁路签署了股权转让协议。
根据协议内容，兖矿物流同意从鲁西矿业手中收购淄矿铁路的全部股权，即100%，交易金额约为人民币5.215亿元。
此次股权转让完成后，淄矿铁路将成为兖矿能源间接全资拥有的附属公司。
