11月19日，老恒和酿造在港交所公告，刘建镔为追求其他个人兴趣及职业规划，已辞去公司执行董事及首席执行官职务，自2024年11月20日起生效。于彼辞任后，刘建镔将不再于本集团担任任何职位。
