格隆汇11月19日丨中远海控(601919.SH)在互动平台表示，秘鲁钱凯码头由中远海控旗下中远海运港口投资和运营。2019年1月23日，中远海运港口正式签署秘鲁钱凯项目的认购及投资协议，持有钱凯码头60%股权。项目建设定位是绿色智能新港口，致力于打造南美洲靠泊能力最大、现代化水平最高的枢纽型港口。钱凯码头项目已于2024年11月14日投入试运营。
