一、浦江不舍 · 野马岭

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

浙江省金华的马岭脚村，坐落于浦江、建德、桐庐三地交界处。古村落顺应山坡地势而建，三面环山，常年云雾缭绕，已有600年历史。曾经，这里封闭且清贫，170多间老屋破败不堪，断墙残壁随处可见，杂草丛生。然而，Uncle吴的到来为这个古村注入了新的活力和功能，使其焕发新生，成为了广为人知的“不舍•野马岭中国村”。

Malingjiao Village, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, is located at the junction of Pujiang, Jiande and Tonglu. The ancient village was built in accordance with the hillside terrain, surrounded by mountains on three sides and shrouded in clouds all year round, with a history of 600 years. Once, it was closed and poor, with more than 170 old houses in dilapidated condition, broken walls and weeds everywhere. However, the arrival of Uncle Wu injected new vitality and functions into this ancient village, making it revitalized and became the widely known "Bujie · Yomaling Chinese Village".

拾级而上，穿行于蔽日的树荫间，清溪、古树、石桥、土屋、马头墙，野花、藤蔓、石榴、枇杷、芭蕉，村落如画卷般徐徐展开。设计师未采用大面积落地窗，也未用时尚建筑打扰宁静，在野马岭，一切皆显克制，赭黄色夯土老墙，水墨画般的青砖黛瓦，仿佛探寻庞贝遗迹。石碾子、手推车等老物件随处可见，深幽墨绿的环境，带来安逸舒适的氛围，每个角落都弥漫着山的野趣。玻璃咖啡馆、露天泳池、树上SPA、挑空的健身房……在文艺青年们的精心改造下，野马岭从一个无人问津的破村落，逐渐转变为一个充满生活气息的高端精品民宅。从设计之初，就确保了居住的高舒适性。

Walking up the stairs, walking through the shade of the sun, clear streams, ancient trees, stone Bridges, mud houses, horse-head walls, wildflowers, vines, pomegranates, loquats, plantains, the village unfolds slowly like a picture scroll. Instead of using large floor-to-ceiling Windows or disturbing the peace with stylish architecture, everything is restrained at Mustang Ridge. Ochre yellow rammed earth old walls, black bricks and black tiles like ink painting, as if to explore the ruins of Pompeii. Stone roller, wheelbarrow and other old objects can be seen everywhere, the deep dark green environment, bringing a comfortable atmosphere, every corner is filled with the wild interest of the mountain. Glass cafes, outdoor pools, tree spas, empty gyms... Under the careful transformation of literary and artistic young people, Mustang Mountain has gradually transformed from a broken village that no one cares about into a high-end boutique residential house full of life. From the beginning of the design, the high comfort of living is ensured.

在这片40米高差的土地上，黄泥夯土房、仿民国徽派建筑以及素色水泥重建的新建筑交织分布。自然风光、绿色生态与人文景观共同构成了古村遗留的珍贵遗产，实现了古老与现代的完美融合。项目分为两期进行：一期主要聚焦于改造升级，而二期则涉及新建客房设施。为了维持村落那份远离尘嚣的独特韵味，我们巧妙地扩展了基地范围，并在东侧设立了前庭区域，利用围墙将其与外界道路隔离开来，营造出一种私密而又宁静的空间体验。

On this land with a height difference of 40 meters, the yellow mud rammed earth houses, the Hui-style buildings of the Republic of China and the new buildings rebuilt with plain cement are interwoven. Natural scenery, green ecology and cultural landscape together constitute the precious heritage left by the ancient village, and realize the perfect integration of ancient and modern. The project is divided into two phases: the first phase focuses on renovation and upgrading, while the second phase involves the construction of new guest room facilities. In order to maintain the village's unique sense of seclusion, we cleverly expanded the site and set up a vestibule area on the east side, which is separated from the outside road by a wall, creating a private and peaceful space experience.

二、室内美学

"中国最昂贵的民宿，每晚2万元的价格标签尚未正式公布，便已在外界引起了轰动。吴国平对此解释说：“由于我们的每个房间都各具特色，我们计划根据面积来定价。其中最大的一栋，面积约300平方米，我们称之为‘民国楼’。一楼设有厨房、会议室和书房，而二楼则有多个卧室。整栋楼的定价可能会达到这个水平。”
