格隆汇11月19日丨奥普科技(603551.SH)公布，为进一步合理利用公司资源，提升资金使用效率，公司拟对全资子公司浙江奥普减资人民币20,000万元，减资完成后，浙江奥普的注册资本将由30,000万元减少至10,000万元，公司仍持有其100%股权，不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变化。
