企查查APP显示，近日，祥源通航航空发展（上海）有限公司成立，法定代表人为刘江涛，注册资本5000万元人民币，经营范围包含：通用航空服务；公共航空运输；私用大型航空器运营人、航空器代管人运行业务；智能无人飞行器销售；人工智能应用软件开发等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由祥源文旅（600576）等共同持股。
