11月18日，市文化和旅游局发布《关于命名第二批“沂蒙乡愁”民宿和取消部分“沂蒙乡愁”民宿命名的通知》，莒南县留住芳华、小城故事、庄家院子、茗正源、文庐、娘娘山等6家精品民宿入选临沂市第二批“沂蒙乡愁”民宿名单。
2023年公布的首批“沂蒙乡愁”民宿名单中，莒南县 大地乡居·石泉上榜。
