希荻微11月17日公告，公司正在筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买深圳市诚芯微科技股份有限公司100%股份并募集配套资金。公司股票自2024年11月5日起停牌，2024年11月18日开市起复牌。鉴于本次交易涉及资产的审计、评估工作尚未完成，公司董事会决定暂不召开股东大会审议本次交易相关事项。
