格隆汇11月16日｜申万宏源香港昨日在港交所公告，独立非执行董事、董事局审核委员会及风险委员会主席、董事局薪酬委员会及提名委员会委员吴永铿于2024年11月9日离世。吴永铿于1995年1月获委任为独立非执行董事，其后获委任为审核委员会主席、风险委员会主席、薪酬委员会委员及提名委员会委员。
