观点网讯：11月15日，天眼查App显示，江山娃哈哈宏振饮用水有限公司、济宁娃哈哈宏振饮用水有限公司、陕西娃哈哈宏振饮用水有限公司近日发生工商变更，宗庆后卸任上述公司法定代表人、执行董事，由宗馥莉任董事或执行董事，由祝丽丹任法定代表人、经理，同时多位高管均发生变更。
据过往报道，此前，宗馥莉已接手娃哈哈旗下多家公司职务，包括贵阳娃哈哈宏振饮用水有限公司、杭州娃哈哈精密机械有限公司、杭州娃哈哈乐维食品有限公司等。
