金融界11月14日消息，有投资者在互动平台向珂玛科技提问：公司有没有意向通过收并购的方式拓宽当前产品种类，或进入到上游粉体环节，尤其是收并购海外具有一定技术实力的企业。
公司回答表示：公司将在未来适当发展阶段向上游粉末原材料环节延伸布局，并联合供应商加强研究开发，目前暂无入股上游材料供应商或并购其他企业的计划。
